Lillian Toma is a Chicago-based professional makeup artist and stylist with over 10 years of experience. She's worked with top cosmetic lines such as NARS, Trish McEvoy, Bobby Brown, and Stila.

In a bridal market where many vendors provide poor service and don't return phone calls, Lillian started Starlight Makeup to provide brides with the same high-caliber service that she delivered to clients at Barney's, Saks, and Neiman Marcus.

Full of spirit and personality, Lillian's motto is "I LOVE MY JOB" as she truly enjoys helping people. "Makeup is very empowering. As the saying goes, 'You feel good when you look good' and I love helping women feel better on the inside by enhancing the outside."
